COS.PEL. LAUNCHES ITS E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

COS.PEL. has decided to launch an e-commerce platform where each customer, once logged in, can see the company full range of products and create online orders.

By accessing the platform from the Customers area, the user can check the availability of every single item, its purchasing price as well as any valid promotion or special offer.

Each customer has the possibility to create a new order by adding manually single items to the cart or by uploading a pre-filled xls file. Every purchase order can be found and downloaded from the section “Your orders” while in the “Download” section useful links or documents will be uploaded.

The new e-commerce platform, which is already being used by more than 80% of COS.PEL.’s customers, significantly speeds up not only the user purchasing process but also the company order handling process thus reducing the lead-time.
